Mean Collins

Ingredients

					60ml Mean Louie's Rum				

					25ml Simple Syrup				

					25ml Lemon Juice				

					Soda Water				

					Lime wedge/wheel

Method

Add Rum, Simple Syrup and lemon juice to your shaker. Shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into highball glass. Top with soda. Garnish with lime wedge/wheel.
